My first time here, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience. I chose this place because a friend recommended it for a casual meeting. The day was nice but cold; however, inside the bar was freezing cold all the time. Prices were normal for a Bar & Grill. However, the reason I ... am making this review is because of this awful experience during our dining. My friend asked for the soda options, and the lady gave us two choices: a can or direct from the machine (both the same price, around $3.75, with no refill). We chose a can. I was facing the entrance, but my friend had a view of the whole bar and saw how the lady opened the cans (we didn’t ask for that) and poured the drink into two glasses full of ice. She filled up one glass and half of the other with just one can. When she opened the second can, she only poured a little and kept the other (almost full) can of soda for herself! When she brought the drinks to the table, my friend asked her (in a funny way) if that was all the drink. She got nervous and said, “yes, this is from the can, not the machine, blah, blah,” and left. After that, everything was uncomfortable, but being an introvert and tired, we decided not to complain and just eat. At some point, she asked if we wanted a soda refill, and my friend thought, ‘Oh, maybe she is going to give us the rest of the drink,’ but she said, "This is extra, not free." When we asked for the bill, we requested separate bills (one drink each and shared food). She tried to make us pay for one plate each. When we said no, it took her 8 minutes to do the math and bring us back the machine to pay. While my friend was paying, she left for another 8 minutes, so I ended up adding my share myself in the machine and leaving. (At this point I was considering not to pay, but I am not that kind of person) I feel this is the worst experience I have ever had. The place was empty when we arrived, so there was no excuse for all this. She was just talking with a guy while the kitchen guy was always working. I’m not coming back and I’m going to look for a refund, sorry not sorry :( Read more
