JOEY Eaton Centre - Toronto, Ontario

We always visit Joey Eaton Centre when we come to Toronto! This was our 5th time. Service is excellent, very attentive servers. The food is always amazing and value is definitely worth a trip in to one of our favorite Restaurants!! Our server was this time ... was Isabelle and she was fabulous. Every time we visit we always feel welcome, almost like going to a friend's home for lunch, dinner or happy hour. Try their Sangria...Amazing. Their wings, steak, signature potato, guacamole and dumplings and salads and the list goes on. We have enjoyed each and every one of these signature dishes. Food was okay, nothing special. Came here with a friend and we shared some apps. They were pretty busy so service was quite slow. Taco sushi 4/10 no flavor. No sauce. It was just bland and dry Hummus dip 10/10. Very tasted and seasoned well. Corn and guac dip 7/10. It was okay ... but lacked seasoning. Read more

The food was really good. Went for dinner with some friends and we ordered some guacamole to share. The corn, jalapeños etc in the guacamole added a nice texture. The main course was really good. I really enjoyed the ravioli and also liked the bite of the Mediterranean bowl I tried. Overall, I ... think I’d be happy to go back and try a few of the different things on the menu. A bit mean to mark down a star for service as overall was 99% excellent. Our server suggested we look at deserts and mentioned tea and coffee but didn't come back to take orders, and then we got past it.. otherwise friendly and helpful staff. I wanted a ... vegan option and was pleased with my choices. My companion wanted a healthier choice than the (delicious) burgers from the previous day and wasn't disappointed. One of our friends recommended this restaurant during our visit. Everything was great. Staff are very friendly and polite. The atmosphere was relaxing, although it was a bit dark inside. The food was amazing. Everything was fresh and tasty. The restroom was one of the funniest I’ve seen. The restroom is a ... bit far compared to other restaurant and they found a way to make it funny.
