These guys have done a lot to protect folks during vivid which I really appreciate. The toppings are now all packaged for you. No scoops. Take a package, dump it on your ice cream and toss the packaging. But they need to adjust the flow of traffic. Too much back ... and forth and the cost seems to have gone up quite a bit. We talked about how it would be better to get a couple of tubs of ice cream from Metro and hit the Bulk Barn to make our own treats. We might not be able to get all the toppings but the savings are significant and the kids don't really care. Read more

I absolutely love this place!!! I came in and both staff greeted and welcomed me with open arms. One of the staff even came up to me and gave me suggestions on which flavours to try and all the flavours he recommended were amazing! I really loved the environment because ... it was clean and friendly. I would definitely come back and bring in some of my friends next time. Also, it's a great date spot. You guys are missing out! I'm very disappointed with the lack of care for customers from the Menchies at Yonge and Lawrence store!! I checked the hours of operations on their website today and it stated they open at 12 pm and I thought: great, just enough time to make a quick stop before my ... daughter and her 2 friends had to be at dance at 1 pm. We got to the store and learned they changed their hours to 1 pm and didn't bother changing their info on the website. The result: 3 disappointed little girls. I went up the street and got Baskin Robins instead and will never try this location ever again and will never trust the information on their website ever again!! Read more

We are regulars at this location and every visit is a great experience. Fun place to take kids. The staff are very welcoming and outgoing, you know it's a clean place because they are always wiping down the counters and cleaning up messes or spills right away. The girl who ... was working our most recent visit was very helpful and accommodating when one of the yogurt dispensers stopped working.
