What can I say I love this place been coming here from high school days I come all the way from king city to get there famous poutine and wings. Ordered takeout! Suggested time for pick up was 20 min. Arrived 5 minutes early, food was coming out of oven and ready to go. Delivery takes longer, the reason why I did pick up. I live 15 min from the location, but when ordering and using delivery, it can take up to an hour ... for the wait. That being said, I usually order on weekends, so of course, volume is higher. Had to march back in the establishment and demand a refund I was so upset at how disappointing this food was. Ordered Chicken Strips with side poutine, they put the poutine on top of the strips, asked to remake because we definitely didn't want it like that. The new poutine portion ... was laughable. Honey Garlic Wings and Fries; fries oily, soggy just not appetizing sitting on top bland overcooked wings covered in sweet sauce. I ate one, husband ate one and then I decided I wasn't eating this. We tried to save time by going somewhere close to where we were shopping and ended up wasting a bunch of time. As a business to double down on how you present your food which is no real presentation at all, it'd be better to take feedback or simply follow what the customer asked for. It would go a long way. I hosted a party for my birthday & got the big family deal. By the time I got home, I realized the cheese pizza was way overcooked... nearly burnt. The chicken wings were absolutely BURNT. It was too late to return as my guests were hungry but it was clear ... it wasn't very good. Disappointed. Might stop going here because despite you asking them not to overcook the food, they BURN it anyways! Even a simple poutine. They burn the fries! Read more

The price is cheap but you get what you get. The workers have a bad vibe, they seem to hate their job. The chicken wings are anorexic and the fries are dry and old. 10 wings and fries for $7.50 plus tax but you don't really get 10 wings they ... just sneaky and give u like 7 or 8 wings. Wouldn't get this just pay the extra money and go to wings times 2 mins away from this store their chicken wings are much better and will actually fill you up. Read more
