I like the food here and very good price considering in Toronto. It is a bit run down and people could be a little sketchy. But I usually get sushi/Korean food, bubble tea and Japanese Udon.

Older building, good value, great location. I've never seen cockroaches or bed bugs at 120 St Patrick St. Have been there six months.. It seems safe and apartments older but nice and bright!
