Sultan of Samosas - Toronto, Ontario

I’m not too impressed with this place. The samosas wrap really holds the oil, super oily. The onions are cut so big, lack of flavour/ blan, the tamarind doesn’t compliment the samosa at all.

I love the samosas here. Flavour is on point and they’re halal! My only issue is the price.. 3 samosas for $5 is a bit much. If they were bigger like the Warden Station samosa, it would be more worth it but we like to have these samosas for a ... treat every now and again. Read more

Would Return. I'm a fan. Cheap and cheerful, fresh and tasty. They're constantly frying and making these fresh due to the volumes they sell, so during lunch and afternoon you're likely to get fresh batches. Best samosas in toronto, chicken, veg samosa very yummy. They have alot of varieties.

Not for me! Samosas were small for the price (couple bucks per I think… you get em for a quarter of the price in mississauga and they’re bigger), quite oily, and I did not love the flavours in the ten veggie one. They were not integrated well enough (loose chickpeas ... falling out…). Also, i do NOT recommend the dipping sauces. Not flavourful at all and definitely not worth $2 each.
