Subway - Toronto, Ontario

The service was quick and the food was tasty. This subway is always reliable for a quick bite or a late night munch. The person in the night helped us get some great food and he was hospitable.

I went to the store on Tue July 2nd at 4:10pm to purchase a salad. EMPLOYEES were rude, confused and nonchalant. STORE was dirty, cluttered and basic items missing. FOOD was terrible and it was a just a salad. I charged way too much and the salad wasn't even on the menu. I will ... never go back to this store. Very disgusting store. Customer Service training and Food Handler training courses needed ASAP. Public Health should make a visit ASAP. Read more

Ordered a sweet onion Chicken teriyaki rice bowl, counter person put rice and chicken in a small container to heat up ?? Ordered all the veggies asked to have the cut smaller ex tomatoes and cucumbers was told they don't do that ?? Asked for shredded cheese on top was ... told that doesn't come with the item I ordered and it be extra this place is stingy on toppings got only 2 tomato slices and 3 cucumber slices neither employees spoke English very well. Never a good experience with this location; especially when the Indian, middle-aged woman is working. She doesn’t care to fulfill customers orders accurately unless you offer a 5-star google rating and/or order food in person at the store. My food is never made properly; and items are always missing and/or ... incorrect altogether. I have sent friends, partner, etc to get food from this location before and every time we have a bad experience, we note that it’s the same lady preparing our orders every time. Her attitude is very unwelcoming and careless and this unfortunately translates into whatever food she is making. I’m highly disappointed with this location as this is the 7th time I’ve ordered from them, and have been completely dissatisfied. Will never return. 0/10, don’t recommend. Read more
