I just went to this location 10 min ago I was a regular at this location and had the worst experience tonight ! the girl working at this time is so disrespectful so judgemental and so rude. I was trying to order she was judging me the whole time I ... was trying to order when I kept asking for extra she was putting literally one or two on and I kept saying more please then when I asked her for a side sauce or pickles she said the manager said it was strictly prohibited and rolled her eyes the amount of times that I’ve been to Subway and got a side sauce or pickles. You can literally go to any food chain and get it when I was leaving, she threw my sub in the bag and then kept staring at me while I was walking out I felt so uncomfortable and so judged just for asking for extra pickles I will not be going to this location again and I really hope that you can get better employees and nicer employees Read more

Very good cookies and sandwich quality Come here all the time

This is hands down the best subway in the downtown core. It’s clean, it’s got a sit down area, and the staff are super friendly and make the sandwiches with care.

I'm surprised with this location. The staff was very nice. The place was clean. The food was excellent! The washroom was also clean and fresh, which is very rare in fast food chains in general. LET ME PREFACE THIS WITH: please read my other reviews. This is one of the few reviews where I do not have the nicest things to say. 0/10 will not be back to this location :( Recently went to this Subway location (was there May 19th 2021) and I think it ... was maybe about 7:30pm? Whoever was working was very clearly NOT having the time of his life. The entire time I was there, I felt like I was ruining his day. Keep in mind there was nobody in the store when I got there, nobody came in while I was there and nobody entered the store once I left. There were also no online orders or anything, either. Now, I understand not being overly friendly, fine, sure but a greeting or acknowledgement would have been nice! I let this go, and we began building subs. My god what a nightmare :( Everything I asked for, seemed to inconvenience the gentleman working. Added cheese to subs I did not want to add cheese to, went ahead and added white cheddar to all of them, did not ask if I wanted cheese or which kind. Also proceeded to put every single sub in the oven and when I asked if it could not be toasted yet, he rudely replied with, "I have to toast it." Okay, that is fair, I understand, but I did not want it toasted *yet*. From the eye rolling to the obvious "I don't want to be here" vibes, this was easily THE WORST!!!!! THE. WORST. experience I have ever had at a Subway. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the subs were mediocre! I really do love Subway and I know times are tough and staff is short and thin but, come on :( I'm a nice girl, I came in and it was empty, and I felt like I was a burden.
