Not a bad "mall". To be honest, it's just a food court with a few scattered store units on the ground floor and basement floor. The mall itself is pretty well maintained and clean. There is also parking here that people may not realize as the entrance is on one ... of the side streets. It's also a convenient mall that is connected to the PATH system which is nice. You can get to Union Station via the PATH system to avoid the weather. Basement Floor: The food court has an alright amount of choices. It's not Eaton Centre quality food, but it's definitely not as busy as Eaton's. So you could go there for the less busy Tim Horton's. There are several homeless folks that do gather here to panhandle at the food court. Be cautious though as there could be random waves of traffic that flows through as it is connected via a tunnel to the Toronto Coach Terminal. Ground Floor: It has decent stores like the new MUJI clothing/stationary store, Boathouse store, a convenient street level connection to the lower section of the LCBO, and several other food stores as well.
