The owner/manager has terrible customer service. Rudley refused online coupons and asked for it to be printed. Initially claimed my coupon wasn't valid because he thought it was American, then when I proved it wasn't he said he still wouldn't take it unless it was printed. He didn't care or ... not if I walked out, made no move to sway me. It was like a $1 off coupon on a $10 sub. Seriously. Update: The people have spoken, the store is closed. So they used to be good but this is what passes as their Chicken Carbanara these days. Where is the bacon? where are the mushrooms, hardly any chicken. No attempt to make it look like the one in the picture LOL.

Not very good. The service was terrible. They couldn't keep track of orders and we're arguing with customers. There veggie option is really weak.

First visit in years reminds me why Quiznos are becoming rare. No mushrooms or cheese on a sub that calls for them, out of root beer, and very dark inside.I actually felt ripped off.

Workers are rude and unhelpful. They told me they didn't have any veggies to put on, so I basically paid 8 dollars for bread, turkey and a few pieces of lettuce. Thought it was a franchise? If it's any consolation, this is my first time reviewing a fast food restaurant ... because it was THAT bad of an experience. Read more
