Worst Experience at Popeyes Louisiana kitchen - Hazardous Entrance and Injury! Rating: 0/5 I'm writing this review as a warning to others after having the most horrific experience at Poppeys Chicken [3750 Midland Ave]. On [June 2], I visited the restaurant to pick an order with high expectations, but what happened next ... was shocking. As I entered the restaurant, the Automatic Hydraulic Spring suddenly swung open and hit me squarely on the head, causing a severe injury. I was in disbelief and pain. The force of the impact was immense, and I was left reeling. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. No one offered assistance or even asked if I was okay. I was left to tend to my injury on my own, feeling stunned and neglected. The lack of concern for customer safety and well-being is appalling. I will never set foot in this restaurant again and urge others to exercise caution. Popeyes Kitchen, you need to take responsibility for your hazardous entrance and prioritize customer safety! Unless they take immediate action to address this issue, I strongly advise against visiting this location. It's just not worth the risk. Read more

Last night, I dined at this store before going home and it was a lovely experience. It was my first time trying Popeyes and the service was fast, staffs were friendly and the food was amazing! Worst Popeyes ever. Chicken wings were smelly and can’t eat at all. Ordered wings and onion fries combo. Avoid this place at any cost unless you want to get food poison

Super slow Popeyes location. Staff asks us to wait 15 min. Looks like they are not trained as per franchise standards. Especially 2 hijab lady’s in the front. No one’s sitting with food, all customers waiting. 5 people can easily handle, kitchen staff looks efficient but not front ladies.
