Pizza Pizza should investigate. The pizza pizza app and promotion offers a free slice of pizza because of the raptors. I drive her and found parking but the owner is like many others are fraudulently saying their scanner does not work! I have the app open on my phone and scanned it ... with the scanner and it worked! The owner like many others are lying and denying us from their promotion. This puts in question about the relation pizza pizza has with its business owners and it trickles down to us customers. Fraudulently lying about their scanner or machine does not work, or come back in 2 hours is shameful... Pizza pizza needs to have an investigation. Read more

This may be the worst fast food place I ever visited. Pictures provided. First, there were no slices, so I had to order a whole pizza. Second, there were no chips other than what you can see in the pictures. Third, for some reason behind the counter where no one ... can access were the drinks for some strange reason. We had to wait 10 minutes and yell out for someone to come. While we waited all this time for someone, and forced to buy a full pie, they then made us leave at exactly closing time. Forced us out. They didn't let us finish our pizza they kicked us out. I've worked in the industry, you wait until people finish their food that's how your allocate your time. Pics below for proof. Read more

Worst customer service ever. The staff need training with proper communication skills and customer service. I went there today to order a medium pizza and wings and there was a discrepancy in price. I told the lady politely this and she hot xnnoyed and told me I'm not trying to ... over charge you. I responded and said. I understand that but I've ordered here before and that not the usual price that I pay. She the rudely left the counter without serving me. Please work on your communication skills. Worse pizza ever had in my life. Poorly made, not fully cooked. Ask for extra sauce on chicken wings but little was put on

The service is HORRIFIC. Incompetent staff mistook me asking for "Brooklyn Pepperoni" with "Broccoli". Put broccoli all over my pizza; then made me we wait half an hour for the new one. Comprehension needs some serious work. Avoid this store.
