Pizza Pizza - Toronto, Ontario

It took 35 minutes to “pick up” our pizza which should have been ready in 15-20 mins. It wasn’t crowded at 3 o’clock on a Sunday. 28 degrees outside almost similar inside as well. The taste was ok.

It's not like I went there the first time. I've been there quite a few times. I also like the atmosphere there. Pizzas are the best, and the people working there are lovely as well. - R

I hope they do better with they're customer service because it's lacking there's just the same people goofing off and making fun of the customers my experience for this location went for a 3 stars to a 0 stars at this point. Lack of customer focus, lack of knowledge, lack ... of work ethics and overall really disrespectful. My concern is the hygiene at this location I don't see them wash they're hands often after doing other tasks that doesn't involve handling food it's disheartening because I'm suppose to trust them making my food not wearing gloves or washing they're hands gah sorry not for me. At least bring back the other staff make it diverse not the current ones please. Read more

I have gone here several times over the last 15 years and the food as always been great. The staff are quick and friendly, and they always make my orders accurately. I really like that this Pizza Pizza has several big, bright windows. It's nice to sit here and eat. ... Plus, it is conveniently located within walking distance from Broadview station. Recommended.
