The old man making my pizza was not wearing gloves and scratched his head while making it. Not very sanitary. Also, the washroom is customers only with a garbage bin blocking the door. The washroom light was flickering very much and needs to be replaced.

WORST PLACE AND WORST PEOPLE EVER!!! I came in during my lunch period and I wanted two cheese slices of pizza with creamy garlic dip and just after I paid, I saw them come out of the oven and they were burnt!!!!! I politely asked to change my order and the girl ... said no and then I was like "then can I cancel my order" and then the guy came up to me so rudely and said "no you cannot do that. That's not allowed. Once the food is reheated, it belongs to you now". Then I said "but my pizza is burned" and he said "what am I supposed to do? I am the manager here! I cannot throw it out, you paid for it so it is yours! " then he quickly put the money I gave the cash regiester girl away under the desk. I stood there crying so much because I didn't know what else to do. I am only 14 years old and I had no more money to buy more food. When I saw that they really were not going to give me back my money, I carried the pizza over to the table, put my head down and cried for the rest of my lunch period. I ordered popcorn chicken it was pretty good, The poutine tasted weird though, sort of a lemon taste, the service was good, but the bathroom had poor lighting and was dirty., also located downstairs so not handicap accessible, Also they don’t offer gluten free pizza by single slice only. Came here around 8pm on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. I ordered 2 pepperoni slices, 2 cans of pop, 1 creamy garlic sauce, 10 chicken wings and 1 texas BBQ sauce.
