Awesome Pizza ... never got such a delicious Pizza in last couple of years .. specially Downtown Toronto area... nor sure why the store was under rated. It should have 4.5 out 5. Currenr 3.5 rating might be misleading or they must have improved services now. For ... me 4.5 out of 5 for sure. Where 1 point is missing- One mistake found.... security tag wasn't fixed properly...For me it doesn't matter as picked up Pizza myself. My kids love this location. I love the $5 extra pizza deals - and the $5 personal pizza & pop deal when it’s just me. Definitely better pizza when you walk in and pick up. Super friendly staff but remember, it is thick crust pizza and can be a bit ... greasy. (Get extra napkins!) We’ve been coming here for years - it’s always consistently good walk-in service. Not sure if they have changed ownership or management lately but the food lacks in quality control! Ordered a pizza and wing bites combo with double pepperoni on the pizza. With double pepperoni, we expect to have pepperoni covering the whole pizza. Not what we got. ... Very very thin sliced pepperoni, very little of the mushroom topping. Wing bites, pass!!! Next time, if there is one, I won’t prepay and if I’m handed a pizza like this, you’ll keep it. Also not great to put creamy dip in with hot food. Disappointing. I’ll try another place next time. I was with some friends and ordered a pizza .. I waited an hour for something that has never taken more than 20 minutes. I live less than 5 minutes away. its 10pm right now the roads are dead.. i had to call the store and get an update. The ... guy said it was already on the should be there any minute .. so i walk down stairs and wait for another 5-10 minutes. OK fine .. i get it, its a busy night the raptors game is on, not a big deal. Get upstairs to find out the food is cold. luke warm at best .. ALSO we ordered half Canadian and half supreme. we got 8 slices of Canadian and 3 slices of supreme (ill post pictures so there is NO confusion of my word against theirs). so i call the shop and ask to speak to a manager. the guy says ok sir hold on then comes back and pretends to be the manager (NOT ONCE SAYS HES NOT THE MANAGER OR TELLING ME THE MANAGER IS BUSY). I told him the issue and he blames it on me for having said it could take up to an hour? then says they can replace the pizza but could take another half an hour .. i asked if he could make a note on my account instead of making me wait. he declined ... extremely rude. THEN he says would you like to speak to the manager tomorrow? LMAO WAIT WHO HAVE I BEEN SPEAKING TO?? very simple .. if a person lives 5min away and the pizza takes 1hr to deliver and ITS STILL COLD AND NOT MADE PROPERLY, maybe organize better? hire more people to work on a game night? maybe tell people that ur not the manager when they asked for the manager? Ordered a veggie pizza with stuffed crust. It came fast but it was under cooked! RAW! Called to complain with customer service. They offered to replace the pizza . I really wanted my money back but I would’ve had to hash it out with the store manager. I opted not ... to fuss and get anew pizza . Well , i waited over an hour an figured it wasn’t coming . I will call customer service in the morning, but this was going to be a waste of my time . Don’t ever order this GARBAGE!! Even if it looks good in an add. Btw, I paid $40 with tip.
