New York Fries – Sherway Gardens - Toronto, Ontario

The staff and service at the Sherway location is always amazing! We love their new environmentally friendly cardboard cups which are easy to drink out of and a great solution to paper straws. Thank you Jean for the awesome service!

Enjoyed my first shopping trip to Sherway Gardens in 2024. Stopped at New York Fries for dinner at the food court. The customer service was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I would give this place a MINUS 10. THE WORST FOOD I have ever had in my life. Hotdog with bacon and cheese, disgusting. Diet Pepsi had ZERO carbonation of ANY kind. I'm terrified I'll end up with food poisoning. Avoid this chain at all costs.

I loved the food here. I tried it for the first time yesterday and it blew all my expectations. The poutine dog was fire. I wouldn’t expect something like that to work but oh boy was I wrong. I also got fries which were fried to crispy perfection. The salt ... added great flavour to the fries (Make sure to ask for the salt). Overall very satisfied with my visit. Staff were friendly and for a small outlet in a mall food court they really make it work magic. I would recommend this place to anyone in Sherway looking for a spot to eat because prices are reasonable in my opinion and the food is great. $16 for a ultimate combo.
