So kind, genuine and amazing pizza. I have lived in oakville 17 years and never have I tasted a pizza as fresh and delicious as napolies

My family and I have been ordering from Napoli Pizza since the 90s. I even went to highschool with the owners son (2001-2005). The owner is great to me... She always checks in to see how I'm doing and genuinely cares...They are hardworking people and strive to achieve customers satisfaction. ... Sure, some other places are good.... I have tried their chicken small pizza and trust me this is the best in Burlington. I have tried another places as well but they stole my heart. I met with "Na" on the counter and she was so polite and generous. Guys go and try it once.

We tried Napoli pizza this weekend after seeing some good reviews, and had high hopes. We couldn’t have been more disappointed. We have had better pizza at some of the chain pizza places. For starters $40 dollars for two medium pizzas is atrocious. Overall the pizzas looked good so I ... got over the high cost. The sauce is what hit first, way too sweet and tasted like it was from a can. The toppings were stale and old tasting. Cheese was ok. The crust was dry and flavourless, tasted like it came frozen from a box. Very unsatisfying experience, and a very big let down. Definitely not worth the cost, even if it was half the price.
