Well Milo's is a great guy and his food is the best, very clean and well done, highly recomend this..
I am from Lebanon and this is one of the only places I notice and taste authentic Lebanese ingredients and spices. After having Milos, I personally can no longer eat at other unauthentic Lebanese restaurants. It is worth the trip downtown!!
So I have developed an *insatiable craving* for the excellent Lebanese available at Milo's Pita. Everything here is made from scratch: Hummus, Falafels, Kafta Kebabs, Rice, all incredible. There is not one grain of rice left on my plate at the end of a meal. Even the juices available are ... authentic ("Best" is an Egyptian brand and very tasty). The chef and owner Milad is a very nice guy who take tremendous pride in the food he cooks. Where can you find these amazing Lebanese delights? Well there is the rub... Milo's Pita is to be found in the Toronto Life Square Food Court. It is the newish building on the NE corner of Yonge & Dundas. While the food court is quite clean, and the furniture is nicer than most... it is still a food court. And one accessible after taking 3 escalators. Despite the location... I heartily recommend you head over to Milo's for a Pita. Read more
I'm sure the name is Milo's Pita, like in the photo and in real life. I've been eating at Milo's on and off for years. I went there during lunch breaks while studying at Ryerson a few years ago, and I stop by every so often now. What really sets this ... place apart is how meticulous the chef is with his creation. Considering that this is nothing more than Lebanese street food, the level of care that I can see put into every single dish is just amazing. Everything part of the meal is arranged with care and presentation in mind, whether it be the individual slices of tomatoes in a fan, the carefully lined dolmas, or the dollop of hummus with a dip for olive oil and garnish. The chef is an absolute artist when it comes to this. I love street food and Milo's Pita treats it seriously. Read more
Shwarma was okay...ive had better. Terrible service. Owner is so rude and obnoxious. Very full of himself. Will not go back.
