I was getting ice scream on June 2st around 12:25 am and I was ordering a sundae and when I was ordering it I told her a wanted hot chocolate and not caramel she said they don't have it and she acted like she did not know what I was ... saying but then eventually she gave in and said that they have it and she was giving me attitude. After we got our sundae she filled it only half way and the ice scream was mostly melted. I don't know if she added anything else but all I'm saying is the customer service was terrible! Read more

The drive-thru quality control is horrible here. Every time I go to the drive through I have to spend time searching through the bag before I leave to make sure I have my complete order. 80% of the time it’s incorrect. When I first started going to this location I ... wouldn’t always check before leaving and I’d get burned when I arrive home and one member of the family has nothing to eat. The food is as expected but the accuracy is very poor. I see that another reviewer has made the same observations. I also called once from the road to tell them I was missing something. Fix it! Every time I order food from this location I’m missing 3+ things. They don’t check the bags before handing them out. They are all extremely rude if anyone asks a question. They make people wait for their coffees and you can see them sitting there getting cold. Disgusting. You can’t ... even sit in there cause all the older people claim all the spots and ask you to move if you dare sit in their spot. Read more

Nothing like getting home with two grumpy kids only to find out that the only think in their happy meals are fries and the sauce for the nuggets. A pretty good setup since we can’t go back and complain with the kids now. At least they could of gotten the ... kids meals right if they weren’t going to check everything. Well made a mistake went to get a latte this morning after an eight min wait managed to get half a cup of cold coffee. Not exactly how I wanted to wake myself up on a brisk Saturday morning. I don’t know about the other reviews, but I had a great experience at this location today. I got fresh fries that were nicely salted. Nuggets were nice and crispy. I didn’t wait that long for my food either. This place is clean and modern. It was unexpectedly busy on a Sunday ... afternoon. Crowd wasn’t rowdy or anything. Just groups of people hanging out having a coffee. Also, don’t bother trying the new savoury chilli sauce. It’s difficult to describe the flavour, but it was pungent in a sour milk kind of way.
