McDonald’s - Toronto, Ontario

My server today was incompetent and frustrating. She couldn't understand simple requests or answer simple questions. You need to train your staff better before putting them on the floor.

Ordered on the McDonald’s app. The app indicated it was ready for pick up. At the pick up counter I was handed the wrong order without even looking. I showed her my order on the app. She said it has not gone through even though it shows it has. She ... said I have to line up. Waited ten minutes and I told the cashier that I have already ordered and I waited way too long to receive my order. He was rude and refused to serve me. I asked to speak to a manager. He said he is the manager (I doubt it). I asked him for his name. He refused to give it to me. I called McDonald’s customer service. Spent 20 minutes on the phone. Agent did not do anything to fix the situation. I told her about my concerns of rude employees not wearing name tags and refusing to give their names. She told someone will call me from head office to deal with it. No one got back to me. It has been over 10 days. The whole thing is a scam. Order food and you do not receive. I specifically ordered a large iced coffee with.double milk(instead.of cream). I noticed.the color appeared more lighter then usual. I asked the girl at the counter if this was milk and she said yes. However, once I left the location and took a sip, I immediately realized it was cream. Honestly, if ... you can't distinguish between milk and cream.....maybe, this isnt the job for you. Read more

This mcdonalds is more hidden away being inside a bigger mall. At times it can be empty considering there are many other food options around them. The food here was decent enough with their quality and up to standard. Didn’t see anything wrong with there pricing either. Be warned that ... at their rush hour they can be quite busy so expect a wait. Given the small location and the lack of space sharing with other vendors, it can be a bit of an annoyance. Read more

Charge you more and now you get the privilege to cook the food too! Ordered from from this wonderful location today and was treated to literally frozen to the touch fries unsalted like if they just came right out of the freezer atleast its fresh right? Both burgers were hilariously undercooked and ... you guessed it also completely frozen. If you want me to cook it myself thats fine but why are you charging me 18$ dollars plus for it?
