Great food 🍕 and great service. I enjoyed the different Food 🍕 options. Very good location and great attention to det ❤️ ails. A very excellent time I had with WBM WHITE BLOCK MUSIC 🎤 FAMILY 👪 CREW. DEFINITELY I WILL SHARE WITH OTHERS. ONE LOVE

I might change my review if the following is fixed,the new staff at this location 🎷 they are so rude and do a terrible job,we went here yesterday and the floors were completely dirty,I asked the lady to use the washroom 3 times and they completely ignored me , it ... doesn't help that all the tables were dirty and unattended to, a lady actually complained and she also got ignored,she had to repeat her self several times before that employee did anything, another girl came in and asked for the washroom and the other employee immediately gave her access to it, and I had to wait to use it for it to only be dirty .and the hand dryer doesn't work. I will come in again on Friday if it isn't fixed I'm reporting you guys, your ruining the brand . Read more

I ordered a double quarter pounder with medium fries and coke Zero. Sadly the horizontal width of the patty went beyond the bun and the patty was smashed thin. My original desire was motivated by the memory of a quarter pounder that was moist and juicy. There were parts ... of the patty that were tough and the ketchup was the source of moistness. Fries were good. It is what it is. I am not a huge McDonald's fan but the size of Mcchicken jr is just a few bites short. I forgot the photo before I ate it. So, if I had a bigger bag to carry maybe it would be an opportunity to remember to take the photo that comes before eating it. Read more

I'm not sure how many people will comment food for McDonald's 😅 mainly is about service and atmosphere. For this Spadina/Queen location I will have to say a "difficult" and super busy one. I did enjoy sitting in the upstairs space, as it is quieter and has a nice view. But today I came here and the upstairs space is locked. When I enquired as to why it was locked, they just said that it was locked because they were 'more busy'. I then ... confronted them, asking, 'OK, so when it's 'more busy' you want less seating..?'. To which I was met with a rather condescending "that's just the way it is..". No form of answer, logic, politeness, or anything resembling actual customer service. This was from the tall (6.5-7 feet) white guy that works in the front. I can only assume he's the manager or supervisor on shift (as his shirt was different from everyone else's). What happened to good customer service, and doing what is best for the customers? Read more
