Is this location's service influenced by content creators and demanding clients? Because this location has become a welcoming atmosphere where I can meet my mother and grandmother and know that a single sitting at a table for 4 is willing to give up the space for us. This consideration happened ... more than twice whether it was an elderly person or a young person. Not only that, they offer table service! So why the lower service rating? Admittedly I was impatient one time when I ordered a cheeseburger via the app when I was about 10 minutes away and upon arriving at the counter I had to wait for 9 orders that were input after mine. I get it, I ordered a cheeseburger rather than a drink, or a value meal, but what I don't understand is how my order number took about 23 minutes before being processed. So I shared a negative aspect, but overall this location is managed well. Oh, and the food quality and taste is a great value. Too bad McyD customers expect more quality for less cost, based on some of these reviews. Read more

Guys! This is ridiculous and disgusting that you offer dollar days drinks and fill it up with this much ice. There was literally 2 gulps of ice coffee. I couldn't even get straw in the cup through the lid. Everyone avoid this McDonald's cause your paying $1.50 for a cup ... of ice. I can't believe how cheap this McDonald's is!!!!!! Negative rating for walking to them for literally 20 mins only to find they are not serving customers for next 30 minutes, which should have been universally mentioned or something. We were so hungry to only be told by the manager that they could give nothing beside fries to 4 ... people, and this incident happened at 2 am when literally no other restaurant in vicinity was open except McD which advertises itself as “open 24h”. Employees don't wear gloves enough in kitchen or while handling cups n stuff all the time. Some Female managers have bad attitudes are sneaky & dishonest on the register. So watch your receipt & check your food. You should not be charging for cups of water. That is illegal & ... unscrupulous.! Sometimes quality just isn't there. Also some Employees profile ppl in the restaurant (not all young black ppl are dilinquents & thieves) & are unprofessional. That being said. EVERYONE PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE CONSUMING IT OR CHECK IT BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE! After knowing that they didn’t change the coocking oil the day before and using it the next day still serving the food. This not supposed to happen! It can make people sick 🤢
