I’d like to share my experience at Empress walk.I haven’t been to Cineplex Theatres since before the pandemic started. We decided to go last week.as I recall prior to the pandemic , one elevator was often broken going up from the parking lot. There was a long line waiting to ... get on. Nothing has changed. We finally got upstairs to the theatres, saw Wonka and then headed to the elevators. OMG…. A huge line with disabled people also waiting with the theatre patrons. We weren’t going to wait again, so We decided to take the escalators down without knowing where we were going… just following the crowd . On the street level there was signage but not very clear. Access from the parking to the theatre need so much more improvement. Read more
