Fat Bastard Burrito - Toronto, Ontario

I've been co.plaining about their garbage and almost every week it looks like this. We have rats at the back and the neighborhood looks awful due their lack of responsibility and negligence.

I haven’t been to this location for more than a year. I decided to give it a try today. I’m going to start with the service what I can I can say about it is that it was atrocious. The communication was horrible the employees didn’t know how to communicate ... properly. There was no common sense of politeness or proper customer service. The employees need a proper training of proper way of providing a good customer service experience. The second part is extremely important I would advise the readers to read the following phrase. One of the employees from the back was scratching his balls. He didn’t put his hands inside his pants but he still did it through his pants. There was no direct contact but it was still disgusting. The last part is about the food I can confirm that the quality went down. Unfortunately this place is not what it used to be. One of the best experiences with this place - it's seriously one of my all time-faves!. Most of the time I see the guy named Shyam, I usually ask him to make the best one, he makes a perfect burrito. This place is very hygienic and the staff is always ... polite and always help with the recommendations. The food portions are also generous, making it a go to spot for both quality and quantity. I bought a ground beef burrito bowl today and mmmm it was sooo good! I love making my own bowl. They have a decent amount of toppings & sauces to choose from. Everything tasted good! I've been to a couple other locations but I really like this one. There's some street ... parking you could pay or, park so that you can run in and run out if you're ordering somthing quick or picking up. Good price and proportion of food. Clean seating area, plus staff are nice and service is quick. I'd definitely recommend getting a burrito bowl from here. Read more
