Every time I order the same thing and every time I pay for extra guac in addition to selecting guac as one of my burrito ingredients and every time without fail there is barely 1 teaspoon of guac on it. While waiting for my order, I witnessed the guy working the grill drop the tray they use to prepare burritos on the floor, pick it up, put it back, and watch the next person use it to make someone’s burrito. The store itself is fine but I ordered two burritos with very few modifications and what I got was a burrito with rice, noddles, chicken, hot sauce, one of the two beans I ordered (if that it was hard to tell if I even got refried beans). So I went ... to get a refund as it’s not what I ordered (I also added jalapeños, crunchies, burrito sauce, and both beans) and they made it so I can’t actually get a full refund for the burrito, I only get $5 back this is completely ridiculous and I’m not going to spend 45 min on call with Uber to fix it.
