Food is great but they are always understaffed. Getting a burrito at lunch usually takes 30-45 minutes to prepare. Not an exaggeration. It’s not the staff’s fault. Ordered on line and they cancelled order because they had no more ingredients. Not having ingredients is not the issue. It is the customer service I received when I arrived to pick up my order. There was no other customers in the store. There attitude was that it is not ... their problem that I just wasted my time. Furthermore, email I received AFTER I arrived to pick up my order indicated that I was to be refunded for HALF of my order. Again the Superviser on duty’s attitude was that it was not his problem and that I should contact Door Dash. I usually order the tofu bowl with veggies - it’s pretty good! The customer service is efficient and the price point is decent.

Came here before watching a game at the BMO field. It was a convenient location! Inside was not that comfy in terms of sitting. Washrooms are located downstairs and was kinda creepy. We ordered the Burrito Bowl which was alright. Came with guacamole without extra charge. The Loaded Waffle Fries were delicious! ... Portions were a bit small. I came here and ordered the Nashville Waffle Fries and the other person I came with ordered the Ground Beef Waffle Fries. We were both incredibly disappointed with our food. The only reason I'm giving a 2 is because the portion was generous. The waffle fries AND the chicken were ... rock solid... I literally couldn't stick a fork through either of them. The Nashville sauce was not as spicy as I was hoping. On the ground beef one, the waffle fries were cold and the ground beef actually tasted and smelled like chili which (the person who ordered) is not a big fan of. Overall disappointed... go to any other Burrito place. Oh, and I have to mention, the cashier could barely speak English when I asked for one simple thing and then proceeded to give me an unfriendly look because she messed up and was confused. Read more
