Fat Bastard Burrito - Toronto, Ontario

Refused to give extra coleslaw which is my usual favourite add on here. Pretty disappointed at service. Update: they told me to email them, I did. Heard nothing back.

I never been to store, but I order using skip. Food is really good. Really better than any other burrito place.

2024 update the bowls got way smaller —— Good portion sizes. Fresh and pretty reliable on instructions for delivery

I was asked if I wanted guacamole in my bowl. I replied, "Yes, but not the gray one; Please take it from the other bin where the guacamole is green, please." Confused, the guy went to ask his co-worker, who tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with ... the gray one. I told him he had two choices: "Put on the proper guacamole or I leave." I received the fresh guacamole. I was not being difficult. If you work in a food establishment, please take some pride in your work and show some common sense. There are at least half a dozen other places in this plaza offering food. This type of poor service may work in other locations but not here. Time to up your game. Ordered from this location through a food delivery app. I ordered a naked burrito bowl and when I opened it, I was very surprised at the tiny portion. I ordered the chicken regular size. There was barely a handful of lettuce, not much cheese and barely any sour cream (even ... though I asked for extra sour cream!). However there was A LOT of salsa/sauce and it was horrible; extremely watery but also spicy - not sure how that worked out. By the time I received my food (the restaurant is only about 2.5 kms from my job) the vegetables (lettuce, green onion and cilantro) were soggy and the paper container the food came in was wet at the bottom and leaking actually.
