Every dog has its day!! They have a special hotdog for every day of the week and the it is all prepared fresh! It’s very close to brainstation, so if you’re taking classes here you might as well head to Franks to grab a quick bite. Our orders were served promptly and it ... tasted really good. I ordered the veggie corn dog and I was blown away with the taste of the sausage. I was not expecting the veggie sausage to taste so good. :) I highly recommend this place since it’s close to everything downtown and it’s super clean. It’s very hard to find a decent place when you are in downtown Toronto and when you don’t want to spend a lot on a meal or waste time. This place is perfect! I had a craving for a gourmet Hotdog so I decided to head to Toronto with the family and give Fancy Frank's a shot and I was not disappointed. They have a large variety of Hotdogs to choose from and they have a special of the day that changes each day. ... Unfortunately the hotdog I wanted was not the hotdog of the day on the day I went so I did not choose it. I can say that most people will probably be full after eating one of these hotdogs as they are quite large and extremely tasty. It was the best hotdog I have had in a long time. I chose the Chicago Hotdog and it was very close to the actual thing. The fries are hand cut and are tasty no matter what way you eat them. I would not hesitate to go back to Fancy Frank's and I look forward to the next time I go and I will be sure to order a different one each time. Wow! Fast food that is tasty and feels more sophisticated than a regular old hotdog. The options are amazing, portion sizes huge and there are lots of seating available. Have a craving for a hot dog? Then try this place! Also offers burgers, poutine and mini donuts. Sides include fries and onion rings. Quality food with friendly service. I had the most popular hot dog, the Coney Island with a side of onion rings. Both were fab!

Gourmet pricing, that's for sure. The counter guy was great and the fries and dog were excellent. Not sure it'll replace a classic street meat dog for value but they have some great ideas.
