Druxy’s Famous Deli - Toronto, Ontario

Had a sandwich a while back and came to let the person who works here that the meat was not fresh and she told me I wasn’t telling her the truth! I was taken back by her reply. I was here buying another sandwich giving it another chance and ... she was rude and basically dismissed my complaint. I will not be visiting this Druxys again unfortunately. Nice and close to where I work as I work in one of the hospitals nearby. Oh well poor service makes for less customers. Read more

It gets 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Beyond horrible customer service. Just made my sandwich with no topping wasn't even asked if I want any and when I asked for topping they just said we'll you didn't ask for any so too bad and wouldn't out topping on because ... the sandwich was already wrapped. This was all conducted with some serious attitude. I got a corn beef sandwich, the bread was burnt and she used a piece from the end of the loaf so one side of my sandwich almost had no bread. I love this place! l always get food from here when I'm in the area. Staff are always friendly and they make sure to prepare the food exactly how you want!

Save you money go to Tim’s, you will be very disappointed at the service and quality of food. Coffee taste like mud. Bread is not fresh and the service is horrible.

Monday for lunch I expected nice fresh rye bread for my corned beef sandwich. Little did I know, or expect for what I used to think was a reputable chain, that my rye bread was actually waiting for me there from Friday or maybe even longer. It was not good, ... dry, stale. I've had a few hit/miss experiences with this chain where even the head office was involved but this is the last time I'll ever visit one of their locations. You make sandwiches, you can't have stale bread guys, it's part of the beauty. Well for some restaurants it is anyways. No sandwich from Druxy's for me anymore. Read more
