the people who work here have worms for brains. all they do is argue with people and i never see anyone wash their hands :) last time coming here was last night. teach your new comer employees that here, you don’t argue with customers.

Great quality. Sometimes they make mistakes on the toppings, but we are all human. Worth it either way since the deals are always budget friendly! Stouffville location is my go-to.

I order from this Domino’s location 99% of the time and they have never disappointed me. Whether it’s delivery or carry out they are so friendly and kind. If by any chance there happens to be a mistake (we are all only human) they go above and beyond to fix ... it. The employees, manager, delivery drivers at the Jane St location are hands down amazing. I was so disappointed with my order, I felt the need to cancel it upon arrival. My delivery arrived 1h10min after I confirmed the order. 35min into my wait time I received a text saying it was with the driver and on its way. 1h into my wait I called ... the store and asked where my order is and will it be cold since its been so long. Instead of apologizing and offering anything at all. I'm told that I'm refusing to be understanding. I order from a different location on a weekly basis and this time I ordered and was paying food for the kids while in Toronto. At the very least it should not be cold.. I can deal with late but quality of food matters. The store was 100% at fault and took zero responsibility or any alternative. They saw no issue with cold food and delivering 1h10m after the order was placed. Before the phone call was done and anything was resolved, I was hung up on by the manager. Read more
