*The 5 star reviews are fake. This is a 1-star dump* I ordered a pizza with double cheese, and asked for a square cut. What I got was not even close and not acceptable. I even tipped the driver for this bad service. Do not order from them if you have a ... choice. Utter disgrace! I recently visited Domino's Pizza on April 28th, 2024, at 1:55 pm, eager to enjoy their online special of a 50% discount on a Chicken Alfredo pizza. The advertised total was $15.23, a great deal. However, my experience quickly turned sour. Upon paying with cash totaling $20, expecting $4 in change, ... the cashier handed me back the money but seemed to be off by $0.75. Surprised, I returned to inquire about the missing amount. To my disbelief, the cashier not only questioned me but also claimed to have given me $5 instead of the correct change. This was highly irregular and raised concerns about the integrity of their transactions. Furthermore, I observed the cashier pocketing the cash directly into his apron instead of the register. This lack of transparency is unsettling and hints at questionable practices within the establishment. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. On a previous visit, I discovered that an employee had added a tip without my consent during a take-out order. It's concerning to see a pattern of employees attempting to pocket money or manipulate transactions to their advantage. Overall, my experiences at this Domino's location have been marred by dishonest practices and a lack of accountability. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior from a well-known chain. The web page told me the pizza was delivered a couple of minutes before the driver actually arrived. I'd been told the pizza was here and gave a negative review. Then the pizza delivery person arrived with my pizza. I couldn't very well say the pizza hadn't been delivered now, ... but the survey was already put in -- well, the pizza was great, the delivery was good, but the web-page told me it was delivered too early (maybe expecting lag?) so I accidentally got mad when the pizza was still on it's way instead of delivered to the wrong address by mistake as I had believed. Please see if you can stop your webpage from saying it was delivered until after you've received payment, maybe? Otherwise, you might actually be doing better than you know. Read more

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent pizza order I placed. Despite requesting a make-your-own pizza with extra toppings for dinner, the initial delivery was unsatisfactory. Not only were several toppings missing, but the pizza arrived extremely cold. Upon contacting the store to rectify the issue, I ... was told that the pizza would be replaced next time, which was not acceptable as it was our planned dinner for the evening. Subsequently, when the driver returned, the attitude displayed was rather rude, and to add to the frustration, the replacement pizza was once again delivered cold, without the use of a hot bag on both occasions. This experience has left me questioning the value for money and the quality of service provided by your establishment. Read more
