The staff at this location are Awesome. Super polite and helpful, it makes a difference. Their chicken is always delicious and consistent. Every time you order it, it's made fresh and it tastes as good as the last time you had it. This chick-n-joy location has been in this area for about 50 years and is amazing! The ladies at the front provide exceptional service and the store is always clean. The chicken is always cooked to perfection - juicy on the inside but crispy on the outside and oh ... so craveavle! The gravy is really good and all the salads are good too. A plus for me is that they have coke products. Great value for money. For family-sized orders, it is good to call ahead (if you don’t want a 15-minute wait) as they can get quite busy. Only cons for me: I don’t love the biscuits and they do not salt their fries (and IMO, this has to happen as soon as they are out of the fryer) but they will salt on request. Even if I have to wait a few extra minutes for the fries, the quality makes it worthwhile. The staff is exceptionally friendly, always wearing smiles.
