Burrito Boyz - Toronto, Ontario

I went to this restaurant on Tuesday July 2, around 1:00 if I remember correctly. I don’t think I’ve had a worse experience in a restaurant. The workers seemed like they didn’t want to be there whatsoever, terrible customer service, very snarky with responses to me and others in line ... before me. The place was also pretty dirty from the floor to the tables and windows, and even what I could see into the back kitchen area. The burrito I ordered was also a lot smaller and messily put together than it is at every other burrito boyz I’ve visited, both when I go in person or order for delivery. I don’t know if the new owner that other reviews are talking about is just cheap and trying to skim out on ingredients and cleaning supplies, or even workers to keep the place in proper condition, but I am heavily disappointed and will not be visiting this location or recommending it to any of my friends again. Today I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I've been here couple of times. But today was different. Couldn't see one familiar face in there. The staff that was here before were so efficient and handled my food with care. This has changed totally. Probably the staff is changed ... or something. The place is downgraded now. Overall, it was Overcrowded, Filthy dining which is why I took off instead of dining, Very Slow Service, unprofessional staff with no knowledge of urgency and customer service. Talking amongst themselves in there language and won't listen to ur instructions while they serve you. I wouldn't even give one star if that was possible. Never going back there. A big 👎 Read more

Went here the other day and received the best customer service that I’ve ever had in a very long time. My quesadilla was grilled to perfection and the two girls seen in the photo were extremely lovely and catered to all my needs. Will definitely be coming back!!

I can't emphasize enough how amazing this team always is. It don't matter if you come in the day or the night, they are fast and absolutely amazing. I hope every single employee gets a raise there because as long as they perform the way they do, the owner will ... make bank there. 9/10. Loved our steak and pulled pork burritos. Parking lot is available besides the restaurant. The staff are friendly and service is super fast. Food was fresh and we were in and out in 6 minutes. There are couple chairs inside to dine in as well as outside tables. Atmosphere ... is 10/10. Read more
