Food tasted yummy and great value for the price. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with a side of the soup of the day. The side soup portion was huge and could’ve been a meal on its own which i really appreciated. My only criticism is while the sandwich was ... tasty it was too greasy for my liking. I wasn’t able to finish it since it felt too heavy. With that said the service was kind, the place was clean and the associates were quick to clean dirty tables. I also thought the layout of the small space was smart and solo-eater friendly. I appreciated the complimentary self-serve citrus water too. Very well executed sandwich but most of their menu was sold out at 3pm, so no duck for me.

There seems to be quite the fan following for Buna's Kitchen but I am still not sure if I will be one. I've been there twice in the last year or so and had the pasta and the casserole. I always found that the flavors were lacking and didn't quite ... hit the mark. It's borderline bland and sometime with their aim to be a bit of a rustic place with a menu that speaks comfort food, I didn't really feel this warmth coming in the food itself. There is also something amateurish in the preparation which needs to be improved as well. It's not a bad place but I have had better. Service is decent, no complaints. Read more

This place rules. Everything I've tried is delicious, and I'm pretty sure I've tried everything by now. The food is always fresh, flavourful and healthy. Very reasonably priced, and the portions are generous - by far the best bang for your buck in the area. To top it all off, ... everyone on staff is lovely. Delicious♡ Fresh salads with Sandwich. Quality very good~ I like there. If you want to eat alone is ok. No problem. Place was conformable.
