Wonderful experience for my spouse and children. Live music Friday evening in the lounge. Terrific breakfast service. Courteous service throughout. Well situated in Toronto. Good coffee 😀

From the moment we walked into the hotel, it was such a pleasant stay. All if the employees treat every guest with respect. The rooms were immaculate and beautiful. The various venues located within the hotel are beautiful as well. Which strongly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Five star hotel with lively lobby area. Very central location and walkable to many attractions and excellent restaurants all around this hotel. Service from staff is top notch. Beautiful pool and large hot tub but disappointing that it is not salt water but brominated!! The furniture in the pool room ... looks outdated and cushions old and limpid. The large hot tub is awesome with nearby beds for rest. Rooms are fair sized with modern bathrooms. Bed comfortable with feather pillows. The Westin heavenly bed seems a notch more comfortable. We had such an amazing experience over the Chinese new year weekend! The staff was so kind, professional, and eager to help with our requests. I will forever remember the time we spend here. Food was top notch. The breakfast was tasty with imported jams from France and the French ... pressed coffee was superb. The dinner menu was thoughtfully put together and executed.
