Lola’s a hub for more seasoned visitors. Real people with interesting pasts . Just was there the music always perfectly played by local musicians. Rundown bar to the point that it does need a coat of colourful paint on a wall or two, would be nice and some more chairs. Can’t let it go? Don’t ... know if it has changed hands didn’t see Lola. Lola is an amazing, authentic, historic dive bar, apparently preserved from decades in the past. The outdoor tables in the enclosed front yard are perfect for enjoying the neighborhood scene in nice weather. They only served bottled beer, no drafts. Apparently a succession of local owners have preserved this outpost ... of tradition. The bathroom is graffiti-covered, and the toilet is chipped, recalling the Japanese aesthetic of wabi-sabi, which appreciates evidence of use and some disrepair.
