First time at a bar, great people and energy! Bartender was a chill and cool guy.

Horseshoe Tavern is a fantastic spot with a great vibe! They host excellent live music performances and offer pool tables for some extra fun. Highly recommend for a lively night out!

The smell hits you as you walk in. It's like a teenager's bedroom. Decades of sweaty music fans have left their olfactory tattoo. Perfect conditions for beer and a band! We watched, 'The Gruesomes'. This cult band, formed in the eighties, drew a mostly aged crowd,us included. The sound and atmosphere are ... great. Plenty of bar staff, quick service. Toilets are downstairs. They are graffitied and grubby but five beers in, I didn't care. The checkered floor is iconic as described in the Tragically Hip song, 'Bobcageon'. A must visit if you're in Toronto. Read more

An absolute staple of a Dive-bar. I'm a newly-minted Tragically Hip fan, and had to visit this place when I was in Toronto. Staff was friendly as hell; drinks were priced kindly; the place was oozing with rich history. Tons of memorabilia on the walls!
