No accessibility as I have come here with my service dog and was denied service. The staff need to be made aware of the bylaws in the city and understand that it is law in Ontario that service dogs are allowed to be in restaurants. Had my first bubble tea and it was fantastic! Lots of frozen yogurt flavours/combos and a huge selection of toppings. Definitely satisfied my craving (: Got to talk to the owner as well, very friendly! I love the frozen yogurt and the staff are always friendly but please update your hours on google, I went on a Saturday night at 8:03pm thinking they were closing at 9 but they closed an hour early. I also think not letting people sample a flavour before getting it ... is ridiculous and greedy. I understand having a 1-2 samples per person limit but not allowing it at all is crazy to me. This makes it so I never try the new flavours and stick to what I know I like. I also got a tub of their taro ice cream and it was really gross, my partner didn’t like it either and it ended up in the compost sadly. Read more

The staff were really friendly and helpful!! If you full your pot up all the way with toppings, it will probably cost about 10$, incase anyone is curious

Definitely no complaints for our first visit to Yogurty's. Clean environment, fast and efficient service. We felt like we got value for our money and our order tasted great. Their was sufficient seating arrangements and variety of frozen delights to choose from when considering sitting for a chat with friends ... here. Will be back for sure. Read more
