Cupcakes, great. Customer service, not great. Word of advice for this Saturday afternoons employee, never argue with a customer. Especially to be passive aggressive to prove the customer “wrong” when yet in fact they’re not wrong... If people question your sign clearly it’s not good enough sign. Won’t be ... coming back due to this sour experience. Edit: Came home only to find out they got 2 out of the 6 cupcakes wrong. Oh so good. I had the vegan banana salted caramel and banana chocolate cupcakes. They were so delicious. I always wanted to try Prairie Girl Bakery and I was not disappointed.

The catering manager, Jenna, was an absolute delight to work with for my wedding reception. We ordered 200 cupcakes in several different flavours plus a designer cake. Despite the size of the order, every item looked and tasted delicious. In fact, there were no cupcakes left at the end of ... the night, even though we had three other desserts. Jenna, you are a champ!! To the rest of the PGB team, thank you for making such delicious, high quality cupcakes for my event. Everyone I interacted with made me feel well looked after. I love going here. They have the best cup cakes in town. Don't forget to rate their service, they do a great job at it.
