Very delicious ice cream with a freshly made churro to add more flavor.

Mr Chu is located right infront of a Korean Market and is hands down the best place I have ever went to get churros. You can order original plain churros, or by adding a few extra dollars, have some ice cream and toppings with your dessert. There are many different combinations you ... can mix and match with. The owners are exceptional with customers and are extremely friendly and caring. Go ahead and read the recent reviews for confirmation. I would give this place 6/5 stars if I could. Fantastic churros, the best I had in Toronto. Freshly made out of a mini cart in front of a Korean convenience store. It was crispy, perfectly cooked inside and deliciously covered with cinnamon sugar, like a proper churro should be. They also have a wide selection of fancy Korean churros ... with options for glaze and toppings, add ice cream and you got a complete dessert. Now they offer gigantic cotton candy as well. En route to Coco's after an interesting meal, saw this little pop up shop in front of a convenience store and it seemed to good to miss. This place makes fresh churros, you can choose your own glaze and toppings. What made it more exciting was the fact that their prices were ... on the lower end and these kind of shops are only visible in events. A fantastic little food stand that sells delicious Korean churros. I got their ice cream with original churro (it doesn't have a glaze or topping) which was super tasty and only $6. It comes in a very large portion with the cup containing at least three scoops of chocolate ... ice cream. The churro was amazining too. It was similar in taste to a traditional churro but with an added texture of bits of rice as you bite through it. The real star at this food stand however is the customer service. During my visit, after putting in our order and told the wait would be 10-15 minutes, we were told that their churro machine was broken and that the wait may be an additional 15 minutes if they were able to fix it at all. They offered us a refund and told us if we wanted to wait and if they were able to fix the machine, we'd still get our churros free of charge. Luckily, they were able to temporarily fix the machine and we got to taste what we waited 30 minutes for. With such great customer service, I will definitely be back anytime I'm in the area. Read more
