Fairview mall Kitchener location on Mon 24, 2024! Shop closed at 8pm even though Fairview Mall Kitchener closes at 9pm! I called the store number because there was a note at the door said be back in 5 minutes and was told by the salesperson that she’s not going to open ... the door to the shop because she’s going to throw away the trash and mall closes at 9pm. Extremely disappointed!!! This salesperson made the shop lose money by not having it open during shopping hours. She needs to be fired or disciplined. Read more

MALL WIFI. Good store. 2 people working at the time. Quick service. Ice cream is delicious here. They ask you for preference of cone. 2 cones were about 13 dollars.

My most favorite branch of Laura Secord. Love the atmosphere. It seems the staff always maintain the cleanliness of the location which is something valuable to any customer who would visit and purchase chocolates and ice cream. The Laura Secord ice creams are delicious, especially the super kid ice cream in the chocolate-dipped waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles. The lady who was working there was nice and friendly, but she didn't put on disposable gloves while she was filling the cone with scoops of ice cream from the ... container! Previously purchased ice cream from this location, but when it came out of the freezer, it was already melted and soft. I notified the staff working if it was suppose to be like this, she was like yeah it does look soft and says she will turn the freezer up. ... As she cashes us out for $8 for melted ice cream. Emailed head office as I felt a little shocked and ripped off after drinking a milkshake when I ordered a Ice cream. Emailed Head office and they said they would forward to the district manager, they never contacted me back. Read more
