The doughnuts are okay, but not worth the visit. They are over $3 for one, which is pricey for the modest quality. Instead, pay the same price at "Dipped" in Kensington for a much, much better doughnut with higher quality ingredients. "bloomer's" on Bloor near Ossington is a vegan place ... with great doughnuts, too, if vegan matters to you. If you want good doughnuts for 1/2 the cost, Krispy Kreme is a good alternative, and there's one just north off Bathurst and another on Spadina. Visited twice in two weeks. First visit, the staff did not know anything about the donuts at all. Even basic flavours. Second visit, showed up at 12:55pm and walked in the store. Staff member was socializing with friends and said, sorry we are closed. I asked if I could buy ... just one and she said, no, we close at 1:00pm. Horrible service. Will NEVER go back here and will tell everyone that I originally told to go there, to avoid it. With so much compitition out there, you would think that service would be important. Some well put together doughnuts. Had the s'mores, crème brulé and maple bacon. The doughnut itself wasn't too sweet allowing the flavours of the glaze and toppings to stand out. Everything was incredibly fresh. Just wish I had a bigger appetite to have been able to try more.

Amazing donuts with lots of fun options!! We tried the maple bacon and the chocolate cherry. Both were delicious!

Requested a delivery be made to my friend who had recently moved to Toronto. Product wise, this place is excellent. My friend and her roommates raved about the donuts. The only disappointing part of dealing with their store was their customer service was a mess. The gentleman who took my order ... over the phone messed up all my information, even though I repeated spellings back to him countless times. I did not feel confident that my order was done correctly after I got off the phone with him. Then the next day when I called the store and asked for confirmation that the donuts had been delivered - they told me they were trying to get a hold of their delivery driver and would call me back to let me know the status. Never heard back from them. Regardless, my friend messaged me thank you and that's how I found out the donuts got there. She loved them, so that's all that matters in the end. Read more
