On Apr. 18, I put in a corporate order for 50 pieces of assorted donuts with the first lady to be picked up on Apr. 25 for my firm. At the same time, I purchased 2 additional donuts for take-out. The bill charged me for 52 pieces in ... total which was absolutely correct. The service was quick, and the first lady was very helpful. On Apr. 24, I walked back to your store because I needed an additional 10 pieces of donuts for my existing order to be picked up tomorrow (from 50 pieces to 60 pieces = 5 dozens). It was another lady helping me. First, this lady had her earphones plugged on and did not even pay attention to me. When I finally got her attention (after a little while), I told her that I need to add 10 pieces to my order for tomorrow to make it 5 dozens, and I am happy to pay the difference from my last bill. I gave her my previous bill from Apr. 18. She kept saying that there was something wrong with the bill. I repeated 2-3 times that I had already paid for 50 pieces (4 dozens + 2 individual donuts) and had picked up 2 pieces with me on that day, and that I was happy to pay for the difference (which is how much you charge for 1 dozen minus how much you charge for 2 individual donuts). She did not listen to me, kept pressing the calculator and seemed having a hard time figuring the simple bill. She then refused adding 10 to my order and asked me to leave the store (because there were 2 people behind me lining up). I then said, “I cannot leave like this. I am here to add 10 more donuts to my order for tomorrow. You cannot just ask me to leave the store like this.” She then said that she would not sell me unless I paid her $27.50 because this is the price of 10 individual donuts. I did paid mainly because she refused to add to my previous order, and I let her served other customers first. After she finished with her other customers, I went back and wrote down the calculation on a piece of scrap paper. I told me that there was nothing wrong with the bill from Maryroseleavy. She charged me for 52 pieces (4 dozens + 4 pieces), and I paid for 52 pieces on Apr. 18. I then showed her the calculations of 1 dozen ($29.95) minus 2 individual donuts ($2.75 x 2 = $5.50) is $24.45. A refund of $3.05 should be given back to me. She then said rudely, “I do not know anything about your order from before. You come back tomorrow to speak to the person who put in your order for you. I have nothing related to your order. I am here just to sell you 10 pieces of donuts. You buy 10 and I give you 10” And she put her ear phones back on. What????? Read more
The donuts looked amazing but when my family ate them we all agreed they were dry and we could taste a bit of an unpleasant taste as if they were cooked in old oil. I really wanted them to taste as good as they looked. But, sadly, they didn’t.
large variety of standard donut flavors and a couple of creative flavors. The donut itself was good. I'd get again if I am in the area, but not the best I've had either. They offer nice packaging if you're buying them as a birthday treat. $3 each.
Today I bought six different peices of their doughnuts to try because it was my first time buying from this store. I liked Red velvet and madagascar vanilla more than other flavors. Honestly it was nothing special. And cashier was talking with her phone while I was there without paying ... attention to customers! Read more
A friend bought a box for me for my birthday and it's a doughnut shop I was pretty excited to try out. I personally didn't really like their dough. The toppings are flavourful and plentiful but the dough they make/use kinda threw me off. I'm happy to have tried it but ... would not come back to buy another box. The texture for all four doughnuts were a little hard. Not soft and fluffy like the ones I typically love. Chocolate peanut butter, ?, coconut cream, and lemon meringue Read more
