We have been here plenty of times but never had a disappointing visit. I agree with the others Isabella is friendly! We have tried most of their chocolate truffles and don’t remember any of it that we did not like! Our favourite would be the CHOCOLATE FUDGE! Must try their ... chocolate shakes! Do not skip the Crema Gelata it is very toothsome and only for a limited time! They have three selections for that! They do not serve ice cream an hour before closing so make sure you go before that! I recently had an unusual experience at Lindt that left me somewhat puzzled and disappointed. Although I arrived at the shop at 6:21 p.m., well before the announced closing time of 7 p.m., they refused to give me and my wife ice cream and said we are closed, while other ... customers were shopping in the shop. I hope that Lindt can address this issue to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and consistently regardless of when they visit. Oh my god !! My only regret is why didn’t I visit this chocolate-tire before 😍. We got some gift packets and various lindt chocolates .. everything was super fresh compared to online stores. I see the in-store collection is different than online stores and definitely reasonable. We also tried ... the hot chocolate, coffee which was amazing. In-store shopping has discounted price where we could mix & match different lindt flavours 100 Lindt just for 30$ 🤩. Definitely must visit place in Toronto downtown !!
