Disgusting!! I came to this place and had a shrimp bowl. The shrimps are very dry and not good quality (cheap and small). The rice is old and so hard - can’t believe they serve this to anyone. Whenever rice gets this bad/hard, I immediately throw them in garbage. Their frozen kefir is delicious. I've been coming here for years. My favourite toppings are the quinoa crunch and the goji berries. They have a stamp card. Also, their compostable spoons are very high quality. I've been re-using the same spoon in the office for a year

This place is great for breakfast, lunch and snacks! Kefir is similar to milk, but is prepared by inoculating cow, goat, or sheep milk with kefir grains.

Be aware this could be addictive! :) Yes, is a tart kefir, low sugar that gives you a sense of freshness when eating. The customer services is awesome, the ladies there already know me and they are so charming! Ask for the loyalty card for free toppings and keffrs!

Delicious, tart kefir served fresh as a parfait or lightly sweetened and frozen as a dessert. Great toppings and excellent service. My only complaint is that because they're obscurely located on the PATH, their hours are really only friendly to the local business crowd and much less to local downtown ... residents. Read more
