Hey I still had that report on my account I even know who made this report only just bcz I had marked the order as not prepared there was a old guy who said I can’t do that even the order wasn’t ready he started preparing the order in front ... of me and said I can’t mark it as not ready why ???? If the order isn’t ready definitely the order will be marked as not ready why I can’t do that . He even said I’m a Indian and I’m trying to be smart where is the smartness in that buddy if you’re not preparing order on time definitely the delivery driver will mark it as not ready at that time you’re trying to be smart I need that report to be removed from my account I had picked that order nearly after 4:47 on 16th of April I need that report to be removed otherwise you’ll get the same 1 star review by a lots of account. This trumps for shocking food service worker behaviour. Staff person, gender male, was washing face and head in hand washing sink visible to customers. Left immediately, never to return.

I ordered a mint chocolate photo cake. They were able to make the cake on super short notice (less than 24 hours), which was exceptional. And it was delicious!

So I placed an Uber eats order, first order my driver cancelled and took the milkshakes. No issue I got it resolved and placed a new order. When my order arrives it's a small milkshake and a medium milkshake (the bottom of the cup says 16oz and 24oz) when my ... order was a medium chocolate milkshake and a large Jamoca milkshake. Your website and Uber eats says large is 32 oz and medium is 24oz. Which we did not get, I called and the guy who answered the phone was so rude, he was yelling and saying I was wrong, he made them himself and I'm just lying and I already got free stuff because my Uber driver cancelled after getting my stuff etc. but I told him no I will bring the cups in and he told me I couldn't come to the store. I kept the cups, If I don't here anything back soon I will bring them in to show the bottom says 16oz and 24oz. This was my first and certainly last robins experience. Disgraceful customer service. I wasn't even mad, I just wanted to let them know, because what the website says isn't right according to the worker and that I'm lying, and what he gave me is the right sizes. All I'm saying is if you're going to advertise 13.99$ for a 32 oz and 12.99$ for a 24oz and people pay for that. They should be given it. Read more

Amazing spot in a very accessible location in Church and Wellesley village. Great flavours available and great staff! We got the rocky road and gold ribbon ice cream and both were great picks. Reasonably priced and probably one of the better ice creams available in the area.
