Witnessed a small mouse running from the right side of the counter to the back of the Fridge that had frozen cakes....Gross!!!! Employee Gabriella is a Fake. These new young female Teens are very cunning, gossipy and fake as I caught them talking shamelessly about a family that ... just left and both Brunettes (one fat and one medium) were very immature and put their unprofessional misconduct of talking so nasty in front of me while I was being served by the young boy. These girls must be related to Owner as they're downright, rude, and used bad language while on the job. Also the medium-built one was playing with her hair before the next customer came and I find that so unsanitary. Service was super friendly and the two young girls that work there on weekday evenings are so great! They even gave me recommendations on what to try!! If the boss sees this, give them a raise! My only complaint is you need some seating in the store

We ordered a Pokémon themed birthday cake. The flavours of the cake were cotton candy and then a layer of chocolate cake. It tasted great. The whole experience from designing the cake with the staff and then getting it on the day to eating it was exceptional. This shop is highly recommended for Ice cream cakes. I have ordered twice there this year for my Son and Daughter’s birthday both are really nice, well decorated and everyone likes it.
