This is an old school deli that has been in this part of town for quite a while. They have a nice smoked meat sandwich (I've had better but this is honestly very good!). The highlight is the house made hot mustard which needs to be paired with the vinegary ... coleslaw as well as the pickles. The pickles have actual flavour and are not just salty. The other really cool aspect of this store is the vintage Coca-Cola memorabilia which adds a very interesting touch to the place. The guy behind the counter is hilarious! Read more

This is one of the places i loved. It is an old restaurant with old style interior. Food quality was good, though i had better deli before. Two times in my Toronto trip I went to Wolfies. We traveled 50 minutes one way to get here. Amazing atmosphere, friendly guys working hard to give the best atmosphere. Try the Pastrami or Corned beef with spicy mustard, get some extra mustard as well. Super nice! 5/5+++. Only thing to ... complain about is the lack of Dr. Pepper memorabilia, hope to see some next time around to the Coca Cola memorabilia :-) With love from Sweden! Read more

A big lunch rush left just as I was coming in. I noticed a gentleman forgot his wallet on a table. I opened the front door and yelled for him to come back. I still feel like a hero. I had a Pastrami sandwich with a pickle. I couldn't decide on creamy ... coleslaw or potato salad so I had both! What an iconic place. It closes at 3 and you pay at the cashier. I left five bucks on the table. I could feel a touch of attitude from the waitress as it looked like I didn't tip. I'm sure she was happy to find the fiver.
