I've given this place so many tries! It is conveniently located at the bottom of my workplace, however I am disappointed OVER and OVER again. There are so many options within a short walk of this place, there really should be no reason to go here (other than sheer laziness). I ... feel awful for the employees here, they barely speak English and are constantly micro managed by some woman who claims to be the owner/manager. Service is slow and the condition of the restaurant is not acceptable (DIRTY, don't even try using the washroom). Most things I've tried to order come with a "sorry we don't have that" or "oh an extra piece of lettuce? That's extra". It's a very sad establishment. Poorly run. This is not a grilled cheese sandwich. It was literally cold cheese slapped between 2 pieces of cold bread. No grilling going on here whatsoever. How can you screw up something so simple.

The manager was super friendly here. The food was pretty good too.

I went there today hoping to get a wrap. The girl serving was a girl that barely spoke English. She was nice, but had no idea what the ingredients were as she was trying to read the menu to make my "Mina Wrap". Not her fault, but there were two ... other people working there. A girl and a guy on the cash. My wrap barely had anything in it so i asked if the sandwich was supposed to look like that. The cashier was like yeah thats how it is (though i can see the menu had the ingredients and my wrap did not have those..) he went and came back with my sandwich...pretending like he added the ingredients. At the cash as i was paying with my credit card, he himself added 25% TIP. That should be my decision of how much i want to tip not his. I didn't say anything i let it slide assuming my sandwich is now fine. Over $10 sandwich i come to open to find it just be a bit of spinach and a bit of chicken but ALL RANCH SAUCE. Bad experience. A lot of the issue was communication. The girl I ordered from unfortunately was unable to understand English well. I tried. I got a sandwich that was barely warm (I asked for the Panini press). At the till to pay, the guy didn't seem interested in helping me. ... Basically hid in the back.
