My favourite place to grab a lunch while working downtown? The food is great, well priced and always hot and fresh. The service is also awesome! Definitely recommend

Huge variety of options available. Their hot and cold salad and curry bar also has multiple options. I tried veg samosa, Brussel sprouts and California sautéed veggies.

I have breakfasts and lunch here. The place is very popular with office folks around here. The soups are delicious and reasonably priced than the other specialty soup shops around. There are always at least two vegan soup options and a one or two vegetarian options and several meat versions ... every day. A small bun is included. The hot sauces provided are amazing and a little goes a long way. Did I mention even without the hot sauces the soups are perfectly spiced and flavoured. You get the feeling that these soups are healthy and fresh home made. The mornings they serve oatmeal which is again reasonably priced and they offer quite a few toppings included in the price. I absolutely love the food here, it’s to die for. The staff there are friendly and so sweet. They provide so many options and amazing tasting food at an affordable price. They are my go to when I’m downtown Toronto.
